Ingredients

  • 3 Chocolate bars (300g total; use milk, dark, or white chocolate as preferred)
  • 1 cup Puffed wheat cereal (Such as Smacks or similar puffed wheat)
  • 0.25 cup Chopped hazelnuts

Steps

  1. 1

Place the three chocolate bars into a heat-resistant baking dish or silicone mold that fits inside your air fryer basket.

  2. 2

Evenly distribute the puffed wheat cereal and chopped hazelnuts over the top of the chocolate bars.

  3. 3

Place the dish in the air fryer and heat at 75°C (165°F) for 10 minutes until the chocolate has softened and partially melted.

  4. 4

Remove the dish from the air fryer and use a spoon or spatula to gently press the toppings into the softened chocolate or stir slightly if a more marbled look is desired.

  5. 5

Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator until completely firm and set (about 1 hour).

  6. 6

Once fully hardened, remove the chocolate block from the mold and cut or break it into your desired serving sizes.

Notes

The author suggests using a Cosori TurboBlaze air fryer, but any air fryer with a low temperature setting (75°C) will work. Ensure the chocolate is fully set before cutting to get clean edges.
