Ingredients

  • 3 Fresh orange (slices)
  • 30 g Cheng Yi Liu An orange syrup
  • 20 g Frozen passion fruit puree
  • 10 g Sucrose (liquid cane sugar or simple syrup)
  • 150 g Jasmine tea base (brewed and chilled)
  • 150 g Ice cubes

Steps

    Place 3 fresh orange slices into a cocktail shaker (shaker cup).

    Use a muddler to firmly press and crush the orange slices to release their fresh juice and aromatic oils.

    Add 30g of orange syrup, 20g of frozen passion fruit puree, and 10g of sucrose to the shaker.

    Pour in 150g of the jasmine tea base.

    Add 150g of ice cubes to the mixture.

    Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until the tea is well-chilled and the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Notes

For the jasmine tea base, brew high-quality jasmine green tea and allow it to cool before using. If you cannot find the specific brand of orange syrup mentioned, any high-quality orange beverage syrup or concentrated orange cordial can be used as a substitute.
