Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 405 g before cooking, which is about 405 g per serving.

Steps

  1. Place 3 fresh orange slices into a cocktail shaker (shaker cup).

  2. Use a muddler to firmly press and crush the orange slices to extract their fresh juice.

  3. Add 30g of orange syrup and 20g of frozen passion fruit puree to the shaker.

  4. Pour in 10g of sucrose and 150g of the jasmine tea base.

  5. Add 150g of ice cubes to the mixture.

  6. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until the drink is well-mixed and chilled.

  7. Pour the tea into a serving glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For the jasmine tea base, brew jasmine green tea and let it cool completely before using. The 'sucrose' mentioned is typically a liquid cane sugar syrup used in bubble tea shops.
