Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 50 g 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 60 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 35 g all-purpose flour
- 25 g impact whey protein powder (Vanilla or another flavor of choice.)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4.5 drops sweetener drops (Use 4–5 drops; the creator used vanilla flavdrops.)
- 35 g strawberries (Chopped; divide approximately two-thirds for mixing in and one-third for topping.)
- 5 g white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Biscoff spread (Melted; optional, for drizzling.)
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Use an oven-safe bowl, approximately 0.6 liters in capacity, and place it on a baking sheet for easier handling.
- 2
Add the egg, Greek yogurt, semi-skimmed milk, and sweetener drops directly to the oven-safe bowl. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined, with no visible streaks of yogurt or egg.
- 3
Add the flour, whey protein powder, and baking powder to the wet mixture. Fold gently with a spatula or spoon just until no dry pockets remain; do not overmix, or the pancake may become dense.
- 4
Add approximately two-thirds of the chopped strawberries to the batter and fold them in gently. Reserve the remaining strawberries for the topping.
- 5
Scatter the reserved strawberries and the white chocolate chips over the surface. Alternatively, leave the bowl plain or use different toppings of your choice.
- 6
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25–30 minutes. The exact time depends on the size and shape of the bowl; the pancake is ready when a toothpick or knife inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- 7
Remove the bowl from the oven and let it cool for at least 5 minutes so the interior can finish setting and the bowl is safe to eat from.
- 8
If using Biscoff, melt the measured spread until pourable, then drizzle it over the cooled pancake bowl. Add any additional toppings desired and serve.
