Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 215 g before cooking, which is about 110 g per serving.
Steps
Cut a hole in the top of each croissant, making an opening large enough to hold the spinach and an egg while leaving the croissant intact.
Fill each opening with a few fresh spinach leaves.
Crack one egg into each croissant opening over the spinach.
Sprinkle the eggs with salt, then add the sliced or diced tomatoes.
Season the eggs and tomatoes with paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
Place the filled croissants in the air fryer and cook at 400°F (200 °C) (205°C (400 °F)) for 10–12 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
Top the cooked croissants with the diced ham and shredded cheese.
Return the croissants to the air fryer and cook for another 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Notes
The source does not provide exact ingredient quantities, so amounts for the croissants, spinach, tomatoes, seasonings, ham, and cheese are estimates. Air-fryer capacity and egg size may affect the cooking time; cook until the eggs are set and the cheese is melty.
