In a mixing bowl, combine the 225g extra lean ground chicken, chopped green onion, 1 tsp grated ginger, ½ tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp sesame oil, ½ tbsp oyster sauce, ½ tsp brown Splenda, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tsp white pepper.

Mix the chicken and seasonings thoroughly until well combined.

Prepare a small baking dish or small bowl. Add a layer of the chicken filling to the bottom.

Add a layer of napa cabbage over the chicken.

Repeat the layers of chicken filling and napa cabbage.

Top the final layer with the wonton wrappers.

Pour 3 tbsp of chicken broth over the top of the wonton wrapper.

Steam the baking dish for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken mixture is fully cooked through.

While the dumpling is steaming, prepare the sauce by mixing 3 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp sesame oil, and a pinch of chili flakes (gochugaru) in a small bowl.
