Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 630 g before cooking, which is about 65 g per serving.

Steps

  1. Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the peeled bananas on top and mash them thoroughly, spreading them out to form an even base; you can use another tray to press and flatten them.

  2. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the entire banana base, covering it all the way to the edges.

  3. Chop the strawberries and scatter them over the yogurt.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the entire surface of the bark.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped nuts and colorful sprinkles over the top.

  6. Place the tray in the freezer until the mixture is completely firm. The video indicates that it can be left to freeze all day; as a guide, allow about 4 hours or until completely solid.

  7. Cut or break the frozen bark into 10 bite-sized pieces and serve directly from the freezer.

Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer. The recipe states that each of the 10 pieces provides approximately 83 kcal, 3 g of protein, 3 g of fat, and 12 g of carbohydrates; values may vary depending on the yogurt, chocolate, and nuts used.
