Crispy Onion Ring and Cheese Chips
Baked onion rings on a layer of protein cheese until golden and crispy. They require only two main ingredients and become firmer as they cool.

Ingredients
- 100 g white onion (Cut into thin rings.)
- 100 g Eatlean protein cheese (Spread in an even layer on parchment paper.)
- salt (To taste.)
- black pepper (To taste.)
- garlic (To taste; granulated or powdered garlic may be used.)

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Spread the 100 g of protein cheese over the parchment paper, forming an even layer.

Place the thin onion rings on top of the cheese, arranging them in a single layer.

Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is golden and the edges of the onion look crispy.

Remove the tray from the oven and let the chips cool before lifting them off. They will become crispier as they cool.
