Ingredients
Steps
In a Ninja Creami pint container or a mixing bowl, combine 200g cream cheese, 100g milk, 100g heavy cream, and 150g powdered sugar.
Stir the mixture slightly by hand first to prevent the powdered sugar from flying out when using the mixer.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture.
Use an immersion blender to blend the ingredients until completely smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, place the lid on, and put it in the freezer for at least 24 hours (until the next day).
Once frozen, process the pint in the Ninja Creami machine using the 'Ice Cream' or 'Lite Ice Cream' setting.
Create a hole in the center of the processed ice cream and add your crushed Oreo cookies or other mix-ins.
Place the pint back into the machine and use the 'Extras' or 'Mix-In' button to incorporate the cookies.
Notes
The author suggests freezing for a full 24 hours to ensure the texture is firm enough before processing. If the ice cream is too soft after the first spin, you can briefly return it to the freezer. Variations mentioned include using strawberries as a mix-in.
