Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 1.6 kg before cooking, which is about 265 g per serving.
Steps
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220 °C) (220°C (425 °F)). Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil.
Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on one foil-lined baking sheet, leaving space between them so they can crisp.
Bake the tater tots for 20–24 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until hot and golden brown on the outside.
While the tater tots bake, pour the pizza sauce evenly over the second foil-lined baking sheet.
Add an even layer of shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
Arrange the mini pepperoni slices evenly over the mozzarella. Add any additional favorite pizza toppings at this stage, if desired.
Bake the pizza topping sheet at 425°F (220 °C) (220°C (425 °F)) for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Switch the oven to high broil and broil the pizza sheet for 2–3 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly browned.
Remove both baking sheets from the oven. Carefully slide and pour the hot pizza layer over the baked tater tots, distributing the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni across the tots.
Sprinkle the finished tater tots with grated Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
Notes
The source does not specify the size of the tater-tot bag or exact amounts of mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, or red pepper flakes; those amounts are practical estimates. Watch carefully while broiling because the cheese can brown quickly.
