- 1.5 lb prepared breaded chicken tenders (cut into 1 1/2-inch strips)
- 3 cup coleslaw mix
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 0.25 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 0.5 cup stir fry sauce (or Asian salad dressing, plus more if desired)
- 0.5 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)

Slice the prepared breaded chicken tenders into 1 1/2-inch strips and set them aside.

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, stir fry sauce (or Asian salad dressing), and chopped roasted peanuts.

Toss the mixture until the coleslaw mix is well coated with the sauce.

Place one 8-inch flour tortilla on a flat work surface.

Place a few strips of the chicken in the center of the tortilla and top with a portion of the slaw mixture.

Fold the ends of the tortilla towards the center and roll tightly to form a wrap.

Notes
The recipe uses pre-prepared breaded chicken tenders, making this a very fast assembly-only meal. You can use store-bought frozen tenders that have been cooked according to package directions, or leftover tenders.
