Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (to be peeled)
  • 1 verre flour (plus a little for flouring the work surface; the glass capacity is not specified)
  • 5 tiges fresh parsley
  • 1 cac salt
  • 1 cac pepper
  • 1 cac paprika
  • 1 cac garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 grated cheese (a generous handful; mozzarella was used in the video)
  • butter (a little, for cooking)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes.

  2. 2

Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes in a saucepan of boiling water.

  3. 3

Mash the cooked potatoes using a potato masher or a fork.

  4. 4

Add the flour, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to the mashed potatoes.

  5. 5

Add the egg, then the grated cheese. Mix everything well.

  6. 6

  8. 8

Serve the pancakes on their own, with a salad, or with meat.

Notes

The quantities of flour in a “glass,” cheese in handfuls, and butter are not specified more precisely. The video does not specify the amount of cooking water or the number of balls formed.
