Healthy Baked Brownie Oats

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk (author uses Alpro brand)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp grape molasses
- 1 tsp linseed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- dark chocolate chips (plus one square for the center)
Steps

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a blender, combine the oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, grape molasses, linseed, baking powder, and egg.

Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

Pour a portion of the batter into an oven-safe plate or ramekin.

Add a square of dark chocolate in the middle of the batter.

Cover the chocolate square with the remaining batter and sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 18 minutes.

Notes
Grape molasses can likely be substituted with maple syrup or honey if unavailable. Linseed (flaxseed) provides extra fiber and healthy fats.
