- 1 block silken tofu (drained)
- 1 tsp chili flakes (or to taste)
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1 green onion (chopped)

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- 0.25 tsp MSG
