Ingredients
Steps
In a small bowl, combine 200g of Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
Blend or mix the yogurt and peanut butter together until the mixture is completely smooth.
Melt a small handful of dark chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top of the yogurt mixture, spreading it to the edges to create a shell.
If using, sprinkle crushed nuts or cocoa powder over the wet chocolate.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the chocolate to harden and the flavors to meld.
Notes
This dessert is designed to be high in protein and low in added sugar to help reduce cravings. For the best texture, use a thick Greek yogurt.
