Ingredients
- 2 láminas Rice paper (Moisten the sheets before using them; the weight is approximate.)
- 60 g Mozzarella (Spread over the first rice paper sheet. The amount is approximate, as the original post does not specify a measurement.)
Steps
- 1
Moisten one rice paper sheet with water and spread it out on a work surface, making sure it is flat and pliable.
- 2
Spread the mozzarella over the moistened sheet, leaving a small gap around the edges to make rolling easier.
- 3
Moisten the second rice paper sheet and place it over the mozzarella, covering it completely.
- 4
Roll up both sheets with the filling inside, forming a compact roll.
- 5
Cut the roll into small, evenly sized bites so they cook uniformly.
- 6
Place the bites in the air fryer basket, preferably in a single layer without overcrowding.
- 7
Air-fry at 200 °C for approximately 10 minutes, until the bites are well browned and crispy.
- 8
Carefully remove them, let them rest briefly to set, and serve hot.
Notes
The original post does not indicate the exact amount of mozzarella or the number of servings; the quantities have been estimated for one serving. Watch the bites during the final minutes, as rice paper can brown quickly. The mozzarella will be very hot when removed from the air fryer.
