Ingredients
- 1.5 cup rolled oats
- 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 200 mls milk of choice (e.g., dairy, soy, or almond)
- 4 scoop vanilla protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 4 tbsp hemp or chia seeds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbs dark chocolate chips
- 0.25 cup walnuts (optional) (chopped)
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 4 ea Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the two ripe bananas until smooth.

Add the rolled oats, milk, protein powder, chia seeds, baking powder, and cinnamon to the bowl with the mashed bananas.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Fold in most of the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts, reserving a small amount for the topping.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and walnuts over the top.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the oats are set and the top is golden brown.
