Ingredients
- 10 oz chopped spinach (frozen, thawed and squeezed dry)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 2 garlic (cloves, minced)
- seasonings (such as salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste)
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, and sour cream.
- 3
Add the minced garlic and your preferred seasonings to the bowl.
- 4
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and the spinach is evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.
- 5
Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet, spreading it into an even layer.
- 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese on top has started to turn golden brown.
- 7
Remove from the oven and serve warm with bread, crackers, or chips.
Notes
Ensure the spinach is squeezed very dry to prevent the dip from becoming watery. You can adjust the heat by adding more red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
