Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190 °C).
Place the chicken in a mixing bowl. Add the cream of chicken soup, jalapeño cheddar dip, and diced jalapeños.
Add a large handful of the Colby blend cheese and crumble in the crispy bacon. Stir until the chicken mixture is evenly combined.
Transfer the chicken mixture to a casserole dish and spread it into an even layer.
Sprinkle another handful of Colby blend cheese over the top.
Cover the casserole dish and bake at 375°F (190 °C) for 20 minutes.
Uncover the casserole and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve the jalapeño popper chicken casserole with tortilla chips. The chips may also be crushed over the top.
Notes
The video does not show complete quantities for the chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced jalapeños, cheese, or bacon, so those amounts are estimated for a typical six-serving casserole. The source does not specify the casserole dish size or whether the cheese should be fully melted and browned; bake until hot and bubbling as a practical cue.
