Ingredients

  • 1 кг pork ribs (remove the membrane)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 400 мл Coca-Cola
  • 2 ст. л. grape vinegar
  • 2 ст. л. Worcestershire sauce
  • 300 г tomato ketchup
  • 1 ч. л. sugar
  • 1 ч. л. mustard
  • 1 ч. л. dried garlic

Steps

  1. 1

Remove the membrane from the ribs. Season them with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

Wrap the ribs tightly first in parchment, then in foil.

  3. 3

Bake in an oven at 170 °C for 2.5 hours.

  4. 4

While the ribs are baking, combine the Coca-Cola, grape vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, mustard, and dried garlic in a saucepan.

  5. 5

Bring the glaze mixture to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 8–10 minutes, until thickened.

  6. 6

When the ribs are ready, coat them generously with the glaze and return them to the oven for 10 minutes so that the glaze sets.

  7. 7

Repeat the glazing and baking once more: the glaze is applied and baked twice in total.

  8. 8

    Serve the finished ribs.
