Protein Salted Caramel Banana Toast

- 1 rebanada Sourdough bread (thick slice)
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt (plain and unsweetened)
- 0.5 scoop Protein powder (your favorite flavor, preferably vanilla or caramel)
- 1 Ripe banana (sliced)
- Cinnamon (to taste for sprinkling)
- 1 tbsp Cashew Caramel Spread (for drizzling)
- Salt (a pinch)

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with your favorite protein powder until smooth and well combined.

Spread the yogurt and protein mixture evenly over the sourdough bread slice.

Place the ripe banana slices on top of the yogurt layer.

Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon over the bananas.

Place the toast in the air fryer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes (approximately at 180°C / 350°F) or until the bananas are golden brown, caramelized, and slightly crispy.

Remove from the air fryer and finish with a drizzle of cashew caramel spread and a pinch of salt.
Notes
If you don't have cashew caramel spread, you can use almond or peanut butter with a touch of honey or maple syrup. The standard temperature for this type of air fryer recipe is usually 180°C (350°F).
