Ingredients

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken thigh into strips. Chicken breast may be used instead.

  2. Season the chicken with salt, paprika, chilli flakes, optional garam masala, and bouillon powder.

  3. Marinate the seasoned chicken for 30 minutes.

  4. Heat a pan and drizzle in some vegetable oil.

  5. Add the sliced onion and sauté until soft.

  6. Add the minced garlic and sauté briefly, just until fragrant.

  7. Add the marinated chicken and cook until done.

  8. Add the sliced bell pepper and stir.

  9. Add mozzarella cheese to the filling and mix until melted.

  10. Spoon the filling onto a pastry wrap.

  11. Add extra mozzarella cheese, then fold and seal the wrap.

  12. Cook the sealed rolls until golden and crispy. The source lists deep-frying in hot oil, air-frying, or oven-baking as options but gives no temperature or cooking time.

Notes

The source gives no ingredient quantities, yield, or cooking temperatures and times. It describes deep-frying, air-frying, and oven-baking as alternatives, but only explicitly mentions hot oil for deep-frying.
