Ingredients
Steps
In your serving glass or mug, add 1/2 tsp of brown sugar.
Add 1 tsp of sweetened condensed milk to the glass.
Add a hint of vanilla bean paste and a few dashes of ground cinnamon.
Brew a fresh shot of espresso or strong coffee directly into the glass over the ingredients.
Stir the coffee and sweeteners together until the sugar and condensed milk are fully dissolved and incorporated.
Froth or steam your choice of milk and pour it over the coffee mixture.
Finish with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top if desired.
Notes
This recipe focuses on the flavor base. For a cold version, stir the base with hot espresso first to dissolve the sugar, then add ice and cold milk.
