Tomato and Strawberry Salad with Burrata

Ingredients
- 2 Beefsteak tomatoes (washed and thinly sliced)
- 200 g Strawberries (washed, hulled, and thinly sliced)
- 2 Passion fruits
- 10 g Fresh basil
- 0.5 Lemon (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 10 g Sesame seeds
- 2 Burrata
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Steps

Thoroughly wash the beefsteak tomatoes and slice them thinly with a sharp knife.

Wash the strawberries, remove the green hulls, and also cut the fruit into thin slices.

Arrange the tomato and strawberry slices decoratively on plates or a large platter.

Halve the passion fruits and scoop the pulp and seeds over the salad.

Drizzle the juice of the half lemon and the olive oil evenly over the salad.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the burrata balls in the center or on top of the salad and tear them slightly so the creamy core can flow out.

Garnish with fresh basil and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top as a finish.
