Steps
Fill a 64 fl oz glass container halfway with 32 fl oz of cold water.
Slowly sprinkle the 120g of unflavored beef gelatin powder over the surface of the cold water, spreading it as evenly as possible.
Let the gelatin sit undisturbed for 10-15 minutes to bloom.
Add the salt, vanilla extract, low calorie sweetener packets, and the fruit flavored water drink enhancer to the bloomed gelatin mixture, spreading them evenly.
Pour 32 fl oz of boiling water over the mixture.
Stir gently until all ingredients are completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Place the container in the refrigerator and chill for 24 hours (an entire day) to ensure it sets properly.
Notes
The protein in this recipe comes from collagen, which is an incomplete protein. It is best used as a low-calorie snack or collagen supplement rather than a primary protein source. Ensure you use a wide glass container rather than a steep one for better setting.
