Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 Eggs
- 60 g Plain flour
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 25 g Butter
- 6 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 100 g Honey
- 10 g Parsley (chopped)
Steps
- 1
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
In a shallow bowl, whisk the 2 eggs.
- 3
In another bowl, combine the 60g plain flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp paprika.
- 4
Dip the chicken pieces into the egg wash, then dredge them in the seasoned flour mixture until well coated.
- 5
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- 6
Wipe out the pan if necessary, then melt 25g of butter over medium heat.
- 7
Add the 6 chopped cloves of garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 8
Stir in 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 4 tbsp soy sauce, and 100g honey. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- 9
Let the sauce bubble and reduce slightly until it becomes syrupy.
- 10
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss thoroughly to coat every piece in the honey garlic sauce.
- 11
Garnish with 10g of chopped parsley and serve immediately.
