Steps
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and place them in a large bowl.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, paprika, oregano, chili flakes, salt, sazon packet, and the juice of one lemon to the chicken. Toss well to coat and set aside while you prepare the other ingredients.
Wash, chop, dice, and slice the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
Make the sauce by combining the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.
Place a pan on medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, drizzle in the olive oil.
Add the chicken to the hot pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes, tossing occasionally, until all the chicken pieces are cooked through and browned.
Assemble the wraps: On a large flour tortilla, layer the chopped lettuce, followed by the cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, sliced onions, and a generous drizzle of the prepared sauce.
Seal the tortillas by folding in the sides first, then fold over the long edge, tucking it under the filling and rolling tightly to create a burrito shape.
Place the wraps seam-side down in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
Toast the wraps on all sides until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
You can substitute chicken tenders with chicken thighs or breasts depending on preference. For the sauce, adjust the black pepper to your preferred spice level.
