A festive, nonalcoholic cranberry-orange punch with rosemary, cinnamon, star anise, ginger ale, and a splash of pineapple juice. The creator describes it as a colorful holiday drink and optionally suggests serving vodka separately for guests who want to spike their own cup.

Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 6.79 kg before cooking, which is about 340 g per serving.
Steps
Put the fresh cranberries in a large punch bowl.
Add the sliced oranges to the bowl with the cranberries.
Add the fresh rosemary.
Add the cinnamon sticks, using the whole bottle as the creator describes.
Add the star anise.
Pour in the cranberry juice. The creator uses the entire 3-liter container.
Pour in about 1.5 liters of orange juice, roughly half the bottle.
Open and add all six mini cans of ginger ale. Let the ginger ale settle before continuing.
Add about half a can of pineapple juice for a little tang; this ingredient is optional.
Mix everything together until well combined.
For a bubbling, foggy effect and to chill the punch, add dry ice carefully. Keep all dry ice out of cups and do not consume it. The creator notes that vodka, champagne, or red wine can be offered separately for guests to add to their own servings.
Serve the punch.
Notes
The punch bowl is described as very large. The creator gives no quantity for the rosemary or star anise, and the bottle/can sizes for the cinnamon sticks, ginger ale, and pineapple juice are not specified. Dry ice is not edible; ensure no pieces enter anyone’s cup. Alcohol is optional and should be served separately, not mixed into the nonalcoholic batch.
