Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar (or white vinegar; 'a little')
- 2 tbsp Pineapple Juice

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of plain yogurt, and 2 garlic cloves.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate small dish, melt the butter.

Add 1 tsp of paprika to the melted butter and mix until well combined.

Add a splash of rice vinegar (or white vinegar) and 2 tbsps of pineapple juice to the mayonnaise and yogurt base.

Pour the butter-paprika mixture into the sauce base.

Transfer the entire mixture into a blender or food processor.

Notes
Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. This sauce is excellent on proteins, vegetables, fries, or onion rings.
