- 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp Red onion (thinly sliced)

- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Steps
- 1
Place the chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl or meal prep container to form the base of the salad.
- 2
Layer the chopped turkey, ham, and provolone cheese over the lettuce.
- 3
Add the halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and banana pepper rings to the bowl.
- 4
In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, and dried oregano.
- 5
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 6
Toss everything together until well combined and the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
Notes
For a more authentic Italian sub flavor, you can add salami or pepperoni. If meal prepping, keep the dressing separate until ready to serve to prevent the lettuce from wilting.
