Ingredients
- 1 Naan bread (Large, fresh)
- 2 Back bacon (Griddled rashers)
- 2 Pork sausages (Cooked and sliced)
- 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese (Melted)
- 2 slice Black pudding (Cooked)
- 0.5 cup Mushrooms (Fried)
- 2 Hash browns (Cooked and squashed)
- 0.25 cup Baked beans (Warm)
- 2 tbsp Chopped tomatoes (Tangy, canned or fresh)
- 2 Eggs (Sunny side up)
- Salt (To taste)
- 1 tbsp HP Sauce (Or brown sauce of choice)
Steps
- 1
Prepare all breakfast components: griddle the bacon rashers until cooked, fry the sausages, and cook the black pudding slices.
- 2
Sauté the mushrooms in a pan until browned and fry the hash browns until crispy.
- 3
Fry two eggs sunny side up, keeping the yolks runny.
- 4
Warm the naan bread and lay it flat on a clean surface.
- 5
Layer the ingredients onto the naan: start with the two bacon rashers and the two sausages.
- 6
Add a generous amount of melted cheese over the meat.
- 7
Add the two slices of black pudding and a heap of fried mushrooms.
- 8
Place the two hash browns on top and squash them down slightly to flatten.
- 9
Spoon over the baked beans and the tangy chopped tomatoes.
- 10
Carefully place the two sunny side up eggs on top of the assembly.
- 11
Season with a little bit of salt and a drizzle of HP sauce.
- 12
Fold the naan bread over to enclose the filling, then slice in half to reveal the cross section before serving.
Notes
The creator mentions 'sawdust flour scraping puik sausages' which appears to be local slang or a specific brand of pork sausage. Any high-quality pork sausage will work. For the best experience, ensure the naan is large enough to contain the significant amount of filling.
