Steps
Prepare the pudding base by combining the cheesecake pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix, and heavy whipping cream. Whisk until thickened and smooth.
In a separate bowl, blend the whipped cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla abstract until creamy.
Fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding base. Gently fold in the whipped topping and strawberry Nesquik powder until well combined and pink.
If making the strawberry crumble, crush the Golden Oreos and mix with strawberry jello powder and melted unsalted butter until it reaches a crumbly consistency.
Assemble the dessert by layering honey graham crackers, vanilla wafers (if using), and Chessman cookies in the bottom of a dish or individual cups.
Add a layer of the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of sliced fresh strawberries.
Repeat the layers as desired, finishing with a layer of pudding and a topping of strawberry crumble and more fresh strawberries.
Chill in the refrigerator before serving to allow the cookies to soften slightly.
Notes
The author lists vanilla wafers as optional. The strawberry crumble is also noted as an optional topping for extra texture and flavor.
