Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 10 oz chopped spinach (frozen, thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 14 oz chopped artichokes (canned or jarred hearts, drained and chopped)
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 garlic (cloves, minced)
  • black pepper (a pinch)

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

  3. 3

Add the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese to the bowl.

  4. 4

Add the minced garlic and a pinch of black pepper, then stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  5. 5

Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and spread it evenly.

  6. 6

Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

  7. 7

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese on top is bubbly and slightly golden.

  8. 8

Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread.

Notes

For the best results, ensure the spinach is squeezed very dry to prevent the dip from becoming watery. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes if you prefer a little heat.
