Ingredients

  • 2 can refrigerated pizza dough (standard 13.8 oz cans)
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan or a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. 2

Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small, uniform squares (about 2 inches each).

  3. 3

Place a cube of mozzarella and a slice of pepperoni in the center of each dough square. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal into a ball.

  4. 4

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried oregano.

  5. 5

Dip each dough ball into the butter mixture, then arrange them in the prepared baking pan.

  6. 6

Sprinkle the top of the arranged balls with grated parmesan cheese.

  7. 7

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

  8. 8

Let cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a platter. Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

You can customize these by adding cooked sausage, jalapeños, or black olives inside the rolls. Ensure the dough is pinched completely shut to prevent the cheese from leaking out during baking.
