Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes (Preferably small; approximate amount for the recipe.)
- Extra-virgin olive oil (A drizzle.)
- 0.5 cucharadita de postre Vinegar
- 1 cucharadita de postre Parsley
- Salt (A little, to taste.)
- 3 dientes Garlic (Very finely chopped.)
Steps
- 1
Boil the small potatoes in water until tender; the source indicates about 15 minutes.
- 2
Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into pieces.
- 3
Spread the potatoes in the air fryer basket or on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Sprinkle a little salt over the potatoes.
- 5
In a separate bowl, mix the extra-virgin olive oil, vinegar, parsley, and the three very finely chopped garlic cloves.
