Ingredients

  • 6 strawberries (fresh, hulled)
  • 0.5 cup blueberries (fresh)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Steps

  1. 1

Prepare the fruit by washing and drying the strawberries and blueberries.

  2. 2

Dip each piece of fruit into the Greek yogurt until completely coated.

  3. 3

Place the yogurt-covered fruit onto a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

Freeze the fruit for 1 hour to achieve the perfect mochi-like texture.

  5. 5

Serve immediately once the yogurt has set.

Notes

For the best texture, do not over-freeze or the yogurt will become too icy rather than chewy like mochi.
