A simple frozen-fruit dessert made with peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup or honey. Frozen banana creates a richer, creamier ice-cream-like texture, while omitting it produces a lighter sorbet-style treat.

Steps
Add the frozen peaches and frozen banana to the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse the frozen fruit until it is finely chopped and begins to look crumbly.
Add the Greek yogurt to the food processor.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of maple syrup or honey.
Blend on high until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor bowl as needed.
Notes
The recipe makes approximately 1 pint. Frozen fruit may be varied; including frozen bananas gives a richer, creamier ice-cream-like texture, while skipping the banana gives a lighter sorbet-style treat.
