Ingredients
- 2 Whole wheat bread (slices)
- 2 Eggs (large)
- Cooking spray or butter (for the pan)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Steps

Use a small glass or cookie cutter to cut a circular hole out of the center of each slice of bread.

Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray or a small amount of butter and place over medium heat.

Place the bread slices in the skillet.

Crack one egg into the center hole of each bread slice.

Season the eggs with salt and black pepper to taste.
