Steps
Dough
Dissolve the active dry yeast in the warm water. Let the mixture stand for 5–10 minutes, until it becomes frothy.
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
Add the frothy yeast mixture to the pumpkin mixture and stir to combine.
Gradually mix in the flour, 0-calorie sweetener, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Filling and shaping
Mix the brown sugar substitute and the 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon for the filling.
Roll the risen dough into a rectangle.
Spread the pumpkin puree and melted butter over the dough rectangle.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the pumpkin and butter.
Roll the dough into a log, then cut it into 12 slices. The source notes that dental floss can be used to make the cuts evenly.
Place the slices in a greased baking dish and let the rolls rise for 30 minutes.
Baking and icing
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180 °C).
Bake the rolls for 25–30 minutes, or until golden.
Mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, 0-calorie sweetener, and vanilla extract to make the icing.
Let the baked rolls cool slightly, then drizzle the icing over them. Serve and enjoy.

The source says the rolls are 150 calories, 2.5 g fat, 20 g carbohydrates, and 8 g protein per roll, but exact nutrition will vary by sweetener and protein powder. The source does not specify the dimensions of the dough rectangle, the baking-dish size, or the amount/type of grease used.
