Ingredients
- 180 g canned tuna in water (drained)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (cooked and chopped)
- 0.5 avocado (small, diced)
- 10 olives (chopped)
- 2 tbsp corn (canned)
- cilantro (fresh, to taste)
- chives or onion (to taste)
- 120 g Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- pepper (to taste)
Steps
- 1
Place the drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and chopped olives in a large bowl.
- 2
Add the diced avocado, two tablespoons of corn, fresh cilantro, and the chopped chives or onion to the bowl.
- 3
In a separate container, mix the Greek yogurt with the teaspoon of mustard, soy sauce, and pepper to taste until you achieve a smooth dressing.
- 4
Incorporate the yogurt mixture into the ingredients in the bowl.
- 5
Stir well with a spoon until all ingredients are perfectly combined with the dressing.
- 6
Refrigerate the salad for a few minutes before serving so it is chilled.
Notes
It is recommended to refrigerate before serving to improve texture and flavor. You can use red onion if you prefer a more intense flavor instead of chives.
