Ingredients

  • 240 g cooked salmon fillet (cooked salmon fillet)
  • 70 g avocado
  • 80 g 0% fat Greek yogurt (Greek yogurt)
  • 1 lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
  • 100 g cucumber (diced cucumber)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • fresh dill (optional)
  • hot sauce (hot sauce, to taste)

Steps

    Prepare the base by placing 240g of cooked salmon fillet and 70g of avocado into a mixing bowl.

    Add 80g of 0% fat Greek yogurt and the juice of one lemon to the bowl.

    Dice 100g of cucumber and add it to the mixture.

    Season with salt, pepper, and optional fresh dill. Add hot sauce to taste for a spicy kick.
