Ingredients
- Chamoy (For rimming the glass and drizzling)
- Tajín seasoning (For rimming the glass and seasoning)
- Ice (Enough to fill the glass)
- 1 Lime (Juiced)
- 2 oz Clamato juice (Adjust to taste)
- Salsa Valentina (To taste)
- 12 oz Mineral water (Topo Chico recommended)

Rim a large glass by dipping the edge into chamoy and then into Tajín seasoning until evenly coated.

Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes.

Add additional chamoy and Tajín over the ice if desired.

Squeeze the juice of one lime into the glass.

Pour in the Clamato juice and a few dashes of Salsa Valentina.

Top off the glass with cold mineral water (Topo Chico).

Stir gently to combine the flavors without losing too much carbonation.
Notes
This drink is a non-alcoholic variation of a Michelada. You can adjust the amount of Salsa Valentina and Tajín based on your spice tolerance.
