Ingredients
- 200 g Fresh mushrooms
- 25 g Onion
- 40 g Potato (Can be used to adjust the soup's thickness)
- 0.5 瓣 Garlic
- 10 g Extra-virgin olive oil (The video also mentions drizzling a little olive oil over the soup before serving)
- 2 g Kombu salt (Or substitute 5 g miso)
- 5 g Miso (Alternative to kombu salt; use one or the other)
- 600 ml Water (Add water up to the 600 ml mark)
- Black pepper (A small amount; add more before serving if desired)
- Salt (Taste after cooking and add more according to preference)
Steps
- 1
Place the fresh mushrooms, onion, potato, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and either kombu salt or miso in a blender.
- 2
Add water up to the 600 ml mark.
- 3
Select the creamy soup setting and start the program. Cook until complete; both the machine and the soup will be very hot, so handle with care.
- 4
After cooking, taste the soup and add salt according to preference.
- 5
Before serving, sprinkle with a little black pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil. Serve with bread if desired.
Notes
For more flavor, sauté the mushrooms until browned, or add a little oil and sear them in a microwave-safe browning dish. The source does not provide the actual cooking time for the creamy soup setting.
