Simple Chocolate Oat Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (blended into a fine flour)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cake pan with parchment paper.

Place 1 cup of rolled oats into a blender and blend until they reach the consistency of a fine flour.

Add 2 ripe bananas and 2 eggs to the blender with the oat flour.

Add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture.

Blend all ingredients together again until the batter is completely smooth.

Notes
This cake is naturally sweetened by the ripe bananas. For best results, ensure the bananas are very ripe (spotted with brown) for maximum sweetness and moisture.
