Ingredients

  • 200 g plain Greek yogurt (Preferably thick, 0–2% fat)
  • 30 g vanilla protein powder (Approximately 1 scoop; adjust sweetness to taste)
  • 5 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 16 g peanut butter (About 1 tablespoon)
  • 15 g roasted peanuts (Roughly chopped for crunch)
  • 10 g dark chocolate (Melted or finely chopped, for topping)
  • low-calorie sweetener (To taste, optional; use a sweetener suitable for cold foods)

Steps

  1. 1

In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and cocoa powder until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and add low-calorie sweetener if needed.

  2. 2

Spoon about half of the chocolate yogurt mixture into a small serving jar or glass.

  3. 3

Add the peanut butter in an even layer over the yogurt. If the peanut butter is very firm, warm it briefly so it spreads easily without becoming hot.

  4. 4

Cover with the remaining chocolate yogurt mixture and smooth the surface.

  5. 5

Top with the chopped roasted peanuts and dark chocolate, either melted into a thin drizzle or finely chopped for a crunchy topping.

  6. 6

Chill the jar for at least 30 minutes so the layers set and the dessert becomes cold and thick. Serve refrigerated.
