Ingredients
- 20 g Erythritol
- 40 g Coffee-and-caramel-flavored oat flour (From the Prozis Italia range, code FATIFIT.)
- 1 Egg
- 45 g Greek yogurt
- 10 g Coconut oil
- 0.333 bustina Instant baking powder
- Chocolate praline-flavored sweetener (As needed.)
- Chocolate chips (As needed; place them in the freezer beforehand.)
- Salt (A pinch.)
Steps
- 1
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oat flour, instant baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- 2
In another bowl, combine the egg, Greek yogurt, coconut oil, erythritol, and sweetener until smooth.
- 3
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine thoroughly.
- 4
Add the chocolate chips that were previously placed in the freezer and fold them into the dough.
- 5
Let the dough rest in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
- 6
Shape the dough into 6 balls and place them back in the freezer for about 10 minutes. This helps them take on the classic teardrop shape later without losing their shape.
- 7
Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 160 Β°C.
- 8
Arrange the balls in the basket, leaving plenty of space between them. Use nonstick spray or a sheet of parchment paper to prevent them from sticking.
- 9
Cook at 160β170 Β°C for about 15β20 minutes, until golden on the outside but still soft, with a brownie-like texture inside. During the last 5 minutes, once they are already golden on top, turn them over to brown the bottoms as well.
- 10
Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
They can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container. The source does not specify the quantity of chocolate chips or sweetener. The source also mentions that they can be baked in the oven, but does not provide a temperature or cooking time for this method.
