Ingredients

  • 1.25 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (nonfat)
  • 4 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp dill (fresh or dried, minced)
  • 1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried, minced)
  • 1 tsp chives (fresh or dried, minced)
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp ranch seasoning mix
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp water (add 1-2 tbsp at a time to get desired consistency)

Steps

  1. 1

Add the Greek yogurt, light mayo, lemon juice, white vinegar, and all seasonings (paprika, cayenne, black pepper, dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, and salt) to a jar.

  2. 2

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is smooth.

  3. 3

Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings as needed. If you can still taste the yogurt too strongly, add more seasoning.

  4. 4

Adjust the thickness of the ranch by adding water 1-2 tablespoons at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

  5. 5

For best results, place the jar in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  6. 6

Give the sauce a final stir before serving.

Notes

Keeps in the fridge for 4-7 days. If the sauce tastes too much like yogurt, it means you haven't seasoned it enough—just add more of the spices! One 4 tbsp serving is approximately 36 calories.
