- 4 tbsp Fresh green pesto (Fresh green pesto)
- 1 bag Mild mixed arugula salad (Mild mixed arugula salad)
- 100 g Prosciutto (Thinly sliced)
- 2 Roma tomatoes (Sliced)
- 125 g Mozzarella (One ball, sliced or torn)
- 30 g Parmesan cheese (Shaved or grated)
- Pepper (To taste)
- Salt (To taste)

Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the Turkish bread (usually around 200°C / 400°F).

Bake the Turkish bread until golden and crispy as per the package directions.

Slice the baked Turkish bread horizontally to open it up, or keep it whole as a base depending on preference.

Spread a generous layer of fresh green pesto over the top of the bread.
