  • 1 lb skin-on boneless chicken thighs (about 3-4 thighs)
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce (plus more for marinade)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp sesame oil
  • black pepper (to taste)
