Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 0.5 cup Sour cream
- 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 cup Mini pepperoni
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands, cut into quarters)
- 4 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or similar round baking vessel.
- 2
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- 3
Fold in 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese and the shredded parmesan cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
- 4
Spread the cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- 5
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip base, then scatter the mini pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
- 6
Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into four equal pieces. Roll the pieces into small balls.
- 7
Arrange the biscuit balls in a ring around the outer edge of the baking dish, surrounding the pepperoni dip center.
- 8
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush this garlic butter generously over the biscuit balls.
- 9
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, and the dip is bubbly and melted in the center.
- 10
Serve warm, using the garlic bread pieces to scoop up the cheesy pizza dip.
Notes
If you don't have mini pepperoni, you can use regular pepperoni slices cut into quarters. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.
